• Express Shipping: For even faster deliveries, generally within 1-2 business days.
• Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time after shipment is 4-5 business days.
Where can I receive my purchase?
At your home, at your work or you can choose the parcel branch enabled for pickup (PickUp Points).
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE nationwide on purchases over $35.
For purchases less than $35 you can find the shipping value in the stage prior to confirming your purchase. The value is subject to the delivery address and the weight of the shipment.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?

How can I be sure it’ll land in my hands?
As soon as the delivery team grabs hold of your order for its journey to you, your email will light up with updates at every twist and turn. What happens if the courier comes and I’m not there to receive it?
Anyone over 18 can receive the shipment on your behalf.

Can I schedule a delivery time?
Couriers make deliveries from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on business days.
Nailing down an exact time with our delivery pals can be tricky. Got a spot where no one’s around to say ‘hi’? Opt for picking up your package at the courier’s branch—it’s all about what works for your clock.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order from the branch on time?
If you couldn’t make it to the postal branch to pick up on time, we can arrange a new shipment to your address. This new shipment will incur a cost.
