1. Introduction.-
These terms and conditions (which may be modified from time to time) apply to all services, directly or indirectly, according to the definitions formulated in the corresponding section, and are available online as well as in each individual agreement entered into by users of any kind.
By subscribing, accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications existing in the use of the platform (“the website”), you agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below (including the privacy section).
These pages, their content, structure, infrastructure, the online sales service, and content provided through this website (the “service”) belong to and are managed and supplied by WEAREPURA.COM, who is also the owner of the PURA brand and its derivatives (“wearepura.com,” “us,” “we,” or “our”). They can only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions specified below.
ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH ARE MANDATORY AND BINDING, MUST REFRAIN FROM USING THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES. Prior to each contracting, the User must read, understand, and accept all the conditions established in the General Terms and Conditions and in the Policies of PURA. If you use this Site, it means that you have fully accepted the conditions established in the General Terms and Conditions and in the Policies of wearepura.com. Therefore, you are expressly obligated to comply with them.
Our product display through wearepura.com is determined by the description of each product. In said description, its specific use will be referenced, as well as those alternative uses authorized by regulations. Therefore, unless the product and its specific sales publication indicate otherwise, the display of products from PURA on “wearepura.com” is directed to customers, who can be both individuals and legal entities that require the product for commercial or residential properties without a network water installation, and that use them for water treatment for consumption. PURA is not responsible for the acquisition by individuals of equipment that is not intended for and recognized by the Regulatory Authority for the treatment, filtering, or conservation of network water or for industrial use if the customer ultimately uses the purchased product for a purpose not specified in the publication. PURA explicitly states, and the consumer accepts, that only those equipment items indicating “suitable for use in the public water network” or “suitable for industrial use” may be used for such services. On the other hand, wearepura.com is intended for end consumers. Therefore, if someone acquires products through this web service with the intention of using them for commercial purposes or in industrial services, they will not be entitled to the provisions of the Consumer Protection and Defense legislation.
2. Scope of our service
wearepura.com is a publicly accessible online store where you can purchase products from the brands of PURA, as well as those for which PURA may distribute and retail through commercial agreements.
The Services are only available to individuals who have the legal capacity to contract. Persons who do not have that capacity, minors, or users of wearepura.com who have been temporarily suspended or permanently disabled may not use the Services. wearepura.com makes its best efforts to maintain and improve the quality of its services; however, it does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted access and use of its Site.
wearepura.com reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, or modify the services offered on this Website at any time, either permanently or temporarily, without requiring the Users’ agreement or the need to provide any prior notice.
The system may occasionally be unavailable due to technical difficulties, connectivity issues, or any other circumstances beyond wearepura.com’s control; in such cases, efforts will be made to restore it as quickly as possible without any liability being attributed to wearepura.com
wearepura.com does not guarantee the accuracy of the information and data included on the site, so it will not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained on its website. Nor does it guarantee the absence of possible technical difficulties or failures in the systems or on the Internet, and that the Site is free of viruses, worms, or any other element that could damage or alter the normal operation of a computer. It is the sole responsibility and obligation of the User to have the appropriate antivirus and tools to detect, disinfect, and/or prevent any type of elements and/or possible damages of this nature.
wearepura.com is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the computer equipment of Users or third parties as a result of browsing this Site, nor for direct or indirect, immediate or mediate damages that may eventually be caused by such causes.
4. Placing Orders, Contracting, and Counterpart
With the products being made available in the online store, wearepura.com does not make a binding offer to enter into a contract for these products. The offer to conclude a purchase contract is made by you, as the customer, by clicking the order button in the final step of the ordering process for the products contained in the shopping cart. For this purpose, a confirmation window is displayed to you with the details of your order before completing the ordering process, so that you can check and correct your entries before clicking the order button. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation (order confirmation), which does not constitute acceptance of the offer.
The contract is concluded when wearepura.com accepts the offer, either by sending the products or the corresponding email explicitly accepting the conclusion of the purchase contract. This also applies when you, due to the chosen payment method, have already paid the purchase price before the conclusion of the contract or have authorized the payment.
In this case, if we cannot accept your order due to lack of availability of goods or if the contract is not concluded for other reasons, we will obviously refund the prepayment immediately.

5. Delivery Area, Delivery, Supply Reservation
Deliveries will be made to the address specified by the User through the logistics services indicated on the site and Amazon.com
The delivery time depends on the availability of the product, the shipping time, and the approval of the payment method. The days indicated are estimates.
Shipments are made throughout the territory of the United States of America. The delivery time of the entire order, as well as its cost, will be informed to the User before accepting the purchase.
Products will be delivered on business days from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Users cannot choose the delivery time or day for the purchased product(s).
Deliveries are made to individuals over eighteen (18) years of age.
The estimated delivery times may be affected by force majeure or exceptional contingencies.-
The estimated delivery times are not valid for orders placed during special promotions: Night Promotions, Hot Sale, Amazon Prime Day, Cyber Monday, Black Friday, Christmas.
6. Offer validity and price
The validity period of the generic product offer on wearepura.com is the one that coincides with the expiration date indicated in the promotion or due to the exhaustion of the quantities of products available for that promotion, duly informed to the User.
The prices of the products and services available on the Site, as long as they appear on it, will only be valid and applicable on it and may not necessarily apply to other sales channels used by the companies. wearepura.com may modify any information contained on this Site, including information related to products, services, prices, stocks, and conditions, at any time and without prior notice, until the moment of receiving a purchase request. The published prices correspond to retail prices for the final consumer and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
7. Prices, Shipping Costs, and Discount Codes
All prices shown are fixed prices in the legal currency of the United States of America, USD ($), and include the legal Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT refund is excluded.
Home delivery has a cost, which will be clearly expressed and differentiated at the final stage. By confirming your order and approving the invoice, you express your acceptance of the cost of the home delivery service and the total cost thereof. Purchases included in a discount or bonus promotion are exempt from payment.
The amounts are subject to change, and any updates will be informed at the time of the transaction.
Promotional codes are codes that, when validated, generate a discount. If the User has a promotional code, they must enter it before proceeding to Checkout. 9. Warranty
Warranty Conditions: At PURA, we manufacture equipment with a high degree of reliability, durability, and quality. With over 40 years of experience as a pioneering company in the field of Water Treatment, PURA guarantees to each original buyer, hereinafter referred to as the buyer, that their product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the LIFE SPAN (hereinafter, “LIFE”) of the parts and components of the product.
Under the limited lifetime warranty at PURA, a product that meets the following terms and conditions will be repaired or replaced at PURA’s option, at no charge for parts or labor to the buyer who purchased their PURA branded product at an official PURA Store, either digitally at wearepura.com or in a physical store, hereinafter referred to as PURA STORE:
- Parts and product components: PURA provides a limited lifetime warranty, starting from the date of purchase, according to the terms and conditions of this warranty extension, based on the high degree of reliability, durability, and quality of each PURA product..
- Supplies and Replacement Cores: Regarding supplies, the warranty covers 6 months for failures or defects, starting from the date of purchase. PURA’s Technical Service has determined that this is sufficient time for any defects in quality or manufacturing deficiencies that were not detected in the quality control tests to become evident.
- Bottles: Regarding hydration bottles, the warranty covers 6 months for failures or defects, starting from the date of purchase. PURA’s Technical Service has determined that this is sufficient time for any defects in quality or manufacturing deficiencies that were not detected in the quality control tests to become evident.
PURA will not be liable for damages caused to the products it manufactures due to misuse and/or alterations or modifications in their function or design. Improper use is considered any use that the consumer makes of the product for a purpose other than that for which it was designed, manufactured, and/or acquired.
II. Extended Warranty: PURA may offer its customers extended warranties, which are not considered to exist unless specifically agreed upon between SOMOS PURA and the customer. The use of original PURA spare parts will be mandatory for this warranty to be valid.
If the product was not purchased at an Official PURA Store (PURA STORE or on the website wearepura.com), the warranty period is limited to 90 days in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
You can register your purchase and extend the official PURA warranty: If your purchase was made through our third-party ecommerce channels (Amazon, HEB, HomeDepot, Sodimac, WalMart, SHEIN, Temu, among others), or authorized PURA distributors, we invite you to register your product to extend it to the Official PURA Warranty.
Non-official PURA stores refer to those sellers authorized by PURA to market their products in physical and/or online stores.
Exceptions. No coverage. The warranty will not be valid in the following cases: a. if the customer uses water that has not been previously evaluated to meet the suitable conditions for consumption, such as water containing a high amount of suspended materials or visible solid particles; b. After the warranty period established as the useful life of Parts and pieces of the equipment and Supplies has elapsed c. Wear and tear from daily use of connections, faucets, rubber or plastic parts. d. Defects caused by the improper use of the product: abuse, negligence, accidents, and/or use other than that for which it was designed, manufactured, and/or purchased. e. Damage caused by using parts and/or supplies that are not genuine Pura spare parts. f. Incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. g. If the product has been altered and/or repaired by personnel not authorized by PURA. h. Damage or loss caused by installations or repairs not carried out by PURA.
10. Returns and Exchanges Policy.
I. Exchanges: Within 30 days from the date of purchase, you can exchange a product. To do so, the following conditions must be met:a. You must present the receipt or invoice. b. Once the product is returned, the customer can choose to exchange it for another product. c. If you wish to exchange the product for one of lesser value, PURA will determine whether to refund the difference in cash or issue a credit note for a new purchase within 90 days. d. If the customer wishes to exchange the product due to a change of mind regarding the model, the shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. e. In the case of returns due to a fault or damage for reasons beyond PURA’s control, if the same product is not available for replacement within thirty (30) calendar days, the customer agrees to receive a refund via the same payment method used for the purchase, without any additional compensation. f. If the product needs to be exchanged due to a factory defect, the shipping costs are covered by PURA. g. If a product was purchased with a discount, the exchange will be made for the value stated on the purchase invoice or receipt.
II. Returns: In accordance with Consumer Protection Legislation, PURA accepts the return of purchased products. Such return is accepted provided that it is made within ten (10) calendar days from the date of collection and/or receipt of the purchased products and is at no cost. To consider the return, the following conditions must be met: a. Request the cancellation of the purchase and subsequent refund in new, unused products within the established period of ten (10) calendar days from the receipt/collection of the order. b. The purchased products must be returned in perfect condition, with their parts and pieces, supplies, manuals, warranty, and original packaging with labels. c. In all cases, the purchase invoice and delivery note, if any, must be kept. d. Returns of products installed by personnel not affiliated with PURA will not be accepted. e. Products used as inputs (cores, membranes, ion exchange resin, among others) cannot be returned once used or installed, unless they present factory defects detected by PURA’s technical service sector. f. It is recommended to check the received package before signing the corresponding receipt and reject it if it shows any significant damages. Claims for aesthetic damages and/or missing items caused by the logistics operator will not be accepted once the delivery and/or collection receipt is signed.
III. Communication of Exchange or Return Request: Exchanges must be notified to PURA via email at customer [email protected], specifying:

Returns must be managed through the online purchase return portal by entering the order number (purchase number provided at the time of transaction confirmation, consisting of 4 digits) and the email address used to make the purchase. In response to such a request, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide all the necessary information and the most convenient solution for your satisfaction. Products that do not meet the conditions described above will not be authorized for exchange and will not be accepted or will be returned to the original address.
11. Penalties. Suspension of operations.
Without prejudice to other measures, wearepura.com will warn, temporarily suspend, or definitively disable the account of a Registered User or a publication and will initiate the actions it deems pertinent, and will not provide its services if: i) any legal norm or law is breached, or any of the stipulations of the General Terms and Conditions and other policies of wearepura.com or any of the companies linked to wearepura.com are violated; ii) commitments as a User are not met; iii) there are, at the discretion of wearepura.com, acts or behaviors that are fraudulent or dishonest; iv) the identity of the User cannot be verified or any information provided by the User is found to be incorrect. In the event of the suspension or disabling of a User, all information related to their profile, as well as their history, records, saved searches, and all items purchased and offers made, will be removed from the system without any claim in favor of the User.

Service Channels. The same level of customer service will be provided across all our channels. It is up to the customer to choose one over the other. However, if documentation or images of the product are required from the customer for a particular service, it will only be valid via email.

13. Disclaimer
In accordance with the limitations set forth in these terms and conditions, and to the extent permitted by law, we are only liable for direct damages that you suffer, pay, or incur as a result of defects attributable to our obligations regarding our services.

wearepura.com exclusively reserves ownership of all rights, title, and interest in (all intellectual property rights of) the appearance (including the infrastructure) of the website where the service is made available (including customer reviews and translated content), and you do not have the right to copy, compile, link to, publish, promote, sell, integrate, use, combine, or utilize the content (including translations and customer reviews) or our brand without our written permission. To the extent you wish to use (in whole or in part) our content (including customer reviews) or own any intellectual property rights to the website or any content or customer reviews, you hereby transfer and assign all intellectual property rights to wearepura.com. 15. Miscellaneous
wearepura.com may modify the Terms and Conditions at any time by making the modified terms public on the Site and/or by sending an email to the User. All modified terms shall become effective 10 (ten) days after their publication. Within 5 (five) days following the publication of the introduced modifications, the User must communicate via email whether they accept the modifications or not; in that case, the contractual link will be dissolved, and the User will be disabled as a User provided they have no outstanding debts. Once this period has expired, it will be considered that the User accepts the new terms and the contract will continue to bind both parties. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws in force in the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, their existence, validity, interpretation, scope, or compliance, shall be submitted to the jurisdiction and competence of the Ordinary Commercial Courts of Mexico City.
